All sales are final. We do not accept refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Product preference

• Incorrect product selection

• Delayed delivery due to courier issues

❌ No Exchanges

We do not provide product exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. Please ensure that you carefully review your cart, product details, and quantities before completing your purchase.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exception Case)

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we take full responsibility if:

• You receive a damaged product

• You receive an incorrect product

In such cases:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos or videos of the package and product

• Our team will review and assist accordingly

  Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.
